The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) will commemorate Black History Month 2016 by hosting its seventh annual Avoice Heritage Celebration on February 23rd 2016 from 6-9pm.
This year’s Avoice Heritage Celebration theme, “Because they serve, we soar,” recognizes the sacrifices, accomplishments and service of the members of the CBC and the founding members of the CBCF – those luminaries who paved the way for African Americans in all facets of American life.
