This month marks 61 years since the Supreme Court declared segregation in public schools unconstitutional in Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, 347 U.S. (1954) Though the fight for education reform continues, we want to take some time to look at the great strides advocates like Representative Adam Clayton Powell (NY) and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus have made since the 1960’s. Join us for a closer look at Educational Policy and visit our exhibit today!
