Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan has represented Virginia’s 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2023 (118th Congress-Present). Before coming to Congress, McClellan worked as regulatory counsel for Verizon Communications and served in the Virginia State Senate and the Virginia House of Delegates. In Congress, McClellan is a member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
