Join the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation & Avoice Virtual Library for the 2014 CBCF Avoice Student Workshop
When: Wednesday, September 24th 2014, 9am-3pm
Where: The National Archives
Who: Open to 30 public and private school students, grades 8-12 from all districts. Students must be accompanied by a teacher. There is no charge for teachers or students to participate in this event.
What: High school students and their teachers will explore the legislative contributions of African-Americans in Congress through an interactive workshop at the National Archives and Records and Administration in Washington, DC. The workshop will feature activities from the CBCF Avoice Virtual Library For Educators section.
