Clipping from unidentified newspaper or magazine describing the issuance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. U.S. postage stamp. The stamp is the second in the Black Heritage USA series and has a 15¢ denomination. The stamp is pictured in the clipping. It shows a portrait of Dr. King overlooking a scene of him leading a march. The stamp was designed by Jerry J. Pinkney.
